The Dhamma-Exploration Members Area is for individuals who have completed the 16-stage meditation training and who regularly participate in online or in-person practice meetings offered by the Center. 

 

Postings at this website include information regarding up-coming practice discussion with zoom invites and Dhamma reading, special events, and other information related to Samatha meditation practice.  You will also receive email notification through the Dhamma-Exploration Google Group. Your email address will not be shared with others by this google group.
